Sales Director - Switzerland

As the Senior Sales Manager at PIT Solutions AG, an established and successful global digital agency, you will have the opportunity to take on a crucial role at our headquarters in Rapperswil-Jona. As the Sales Director of PITS Switzerland, you will be responsible for driving all sales activities and initiatives in Switzerland, including acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. You will also have the opportunity to lead and manage the agency's resources, set strategic goals, and work towards achieving growth, profitability, and increasing shareholder return. Roles
  • Keeping close watch of industry sectors and developments to assess how the agency’s products and services may be of relevance to clients, and what new products and services to develop
  • Collaborating with other board members to establish overall operational and financial performance measures for the agency.
  • Representing the agency in public, at events or in the media. Usually acts as the company spokesperson
  • Negotiating client contracts and fees with the client lead and procurement.
Your Profile
  • Extensive experience in senior sales and account management roles, specifically with medium to large commerce and mobile app clients
  • A well-established professional network and connections to decision makers is a big plus
  • Proven track record of actively acquiring new customers, with a focus on digital projects for Swiss companies
  • Strong ability to maintain client relationships and take on new business responsibilities
  • Skilled at persuading clients to work with our diverse and multicultural teams
  • Proficiency in managing the sales pipeline and acquisitions
  • Fluency in German and English, with experience in offshoring or nearshoring being a plus
